1. How Can I Cancel An Order?
    1). Cancellation before Payment
    If you haven’t paid for your order yet, you can directly delete your order by clicking “Delete this order”;
 
    2). Cancellation after Payment
    If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us.
    If you are hesitate about your order and want to make some change, please let us know soon and we’ll keep your items unpacked till your final decision is confirmed.
    The order can’t be cancelled or changed if the package has already been delivered.
    If you want to cancel an order just because you want to add some more items rather than canceling the order, simply contact us and we will help deal with it.
 
    If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change and cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit.
 
2. How Can I Return A Faulty Item?
    Please contact us and let us learn your situation first before your return the item. (IMPORTANT)

    In most cases, we can help you to solve your problem by giving remote technical support and you don’t need to return the product.
    If there is irremediable defect with the product, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our 6 months warranty.
    Please email to our Customer Service at: sales@sdshobby.com, we will offer instructions on how to operate returning.
    Generally we would advise you to return the faulty goods via Post Office rather than using express delivery like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.
 
3. Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?
    We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package, in case of loss or damage problems. Any missing issues informed, we will reship your order immediately.
    You can add shipping insurance when you check out your order, worth doing.
 

4. Regarding Using the Product.
    You might worry that you won’t know how to use the product you buy.
    Just rest assured about the using problem. Generally speaking, you can easily learn how to use the products with the descriptions or picture guidance on the product webpage, or the manual packed with the product.
    For some complicated products, we would publish a detailed installation/using guidance on the product webpage, or even publish a video.
    If you indeed don’t know how to use it or have some other questions, you can contact our customer service for help.
 

5. Policy of Refund, Repair and Replacement.
    SDSHOBBY.COM chooses products to sell based on their excellent design and proven hardware reliability. So the quality is guaranteed.
    We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.
    All our products are covered by a 6 MONTH WARRANTY, for repair if products have quality problem.
 
    But for the products damaged by Artificial, such as: by wrongly using or Cracked, are not in the warranty!
 
    We have a QA team who tests your ordered products (making sure they function well) before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.
 
    Each item is strictly ex-factory inspected.
    We try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.
 
    1). Return and full refund
    Products with quality problem within 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned & refunded;
    Customer need to send the products back to us first. And we’ll give a full refund after we receive the products.
 
    2). Replacement
    Products with quality problem within 7 days ( from the date products were received ) can be returned & replaced;
    Customer need to send the products back to us first. And we’ll send the new ones to customer after we receive the returned products.
 
    3). Repair
    Products with quality problem within 6 months ( from the date products were received ) can be returned & repaired;
    Customer need to send the products back to us first. After we receive the returned products, we’ll repair them and send them back to customer;
    Customer should pay the shipping cost back and forth for the repair.
 
    4). NO Return and Refund
    We won’t give refund or returns without any quality problem for the products that there might be slight inconformity between the physical and pictures.
